The City of Sioux City, Western Iowa Tech Community College, Siouxland Public Media and Iowa's West Coast Initiative are collaborating to create an Innovation Center in downtown Sioux City that will serve the tri-state region of Iowa, Nebraska and South Dakota.

The Innovation Center will provide a physical location that brings people together to advance ideas and innovation through a combination of increased services including mentorship, networking opportunities, hands-on training, business support services, educational opportunities, and access to equipment.

The Innovation Center will be located at 308 Iowa Street in downtown Sioux City. This three-story building will be renovated to include a food hall, shared commercial kitchen, performance space, broadcasting studio, recording booth, technology lab, coworking space, classroom, meeting rooms and more!
