A food hall will provide a lively environment within the Innovation Center and showcase the unique cuisine that the region has to offer. The food hall will provide an opportunity for aspiring restauranteurs to start their business with a low-cost to entry, as well as attract people to the Innovation Center to see all that the space has to offer and stimulate interest in entrepreneurship.
shared commercial kitchen
The Innovation Center will build on our regional agricultural strength by supporting food innovation through shared commercial kitchen/food labs for entrepreneurs interested in product development and food-based businesses.
performance / presentation space
Construction of a new performance / presentation space will showcase local talent and enrich our community with art, culture and creativity. This flexible, open space will be ideal for a wide range of community events and offer an affordable venue for emerging talent to showcase their work.
broadcasting studio & recording booth
A broadcasting studio and shared recording booth will be located on the first floor, visible for all to see as they enter the building. This space will provide affordable access to professional equipment and facilities for local talent, creators and nonprofits to produce and distribute media content
